The Maker

We sourced these one-of-a-kind beauties from a fellow named Taten in Central Java, Indonesia. He uses upcycled scrap wood pieces from wasteland in Central Java to make each bicycle with fine detail. His little one-man workshop is located beside his store. On certain days of the week, his mother will visit and will end up being the front woman to customers because of her infectious smile and personality.

We are Taten’s first large-scale customer and we’re excited to help him develop his company and improve his entrepreneurial skills.
