Travel diary: The Enigmatic City of Smoke

Excerpt: This morning, I set foot for the first time on the wet London soils. While I was strolling the streets of “The big smoke” city, I could catch a glimpse of the iconic ravens roaming around Big Ben and the Parliament. People’s faces stayed a mystery, hidden underneath their black umbrellas, but their elegant outfits mesmerised me instantly. I have always found the phlegmatic and polite nature of the British to be fascinating. Their undecipherable expressions intrigue me to this day.
